To push its digital leadership in the banking sector even further, Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd adopted SETCCE ePero® DTM solution. Since early 2018 Raiffeisen banka has been gradually equiping all of their branches across the country with SETCCE ePero® solution for signature workflow management, documents e-signing and marketing material presentation backed by WACOM's DTU signature displays.
Starting with eliminating paper from business processes and adopting e-signatures at teller counters, the bank expects to increase employee efficiency significantly, enabling the staff to have more face to face communication time with their customers and improve customer relationships. E-signed documents are stored electronically into the bank’s archival systems throughout the application process, eliminating potential loss or misuse of customers documents, which might otherwise happen handling hardcopy forms.
