The objective of the NOBLE is to set up an eDelivery infrastructure in four Member States to support the cross-border exchange of electronic documents. The partners have set up and run 8 interoperable national Access Points (APs) alongside with 6 Service Metadata Publishers (SMPs). APs have been setup according to the EC e-Delivery DSI specifications by using the already tested implementations based on ebMS3/AS4 from different EU-projects. More specifically, 3 APs and 1 SMP have been installed in Greece, one AP and SMP have been installed in Germany and two AP/SMP combinations have been deplyoyed in Slovenia. One AP + SMP combination has been installed in France. The action was coordinated by Governikus GmbH &Co. KG.
SBDH Profile for ERDS has been adopted from e-SENS project. In NOBLE SBD Payload has been extended to support REM Dispatch and specific REM evidence formats.
SETCCE was technical partner that was involved in specifying the noble SBD profile and in setting up and deploying the e-delivery infrastructure in Slovenia. It has technically set up 2 SMPs and Access Points. One AP + SMP combination based on Domibus is deployed at SETCCE’s infrastructure and the other is based on Lavrentius and was deployed on the infrastructure of Ministry of Public Administration of Slovenia. SETCCE obtained extensive experience with e-delivery software stack such as Holodeck, Domibus, Lavrenentius and Phoss SMP
